I hate to go against this team, but for WooCommerce I would highley recomend Dokan Multi Vendor Plug In for WooCommerce it is by far the best Multi Vendor solution for "off the shelf products" as for Puppet Vendoers take a look at Dokan Multi Vendor for ideas, if you can create this plugin for Shopify you will have earned my business for life 100% guarenteed.
