Hi we would like to be able to view our vendors dashboard, as if they have a query we can see the exact same screen as they are seeing. That way we can take them through and give them a proper rundown as to what is exactly going on on the screen in front of them. We would just like to have the ability to switch over to a birds eye view of vendors Portal. This will help us immensely with troubleshooting and assisting our vendors in better understanding the portal.
